Free medical standards for military parents in 2022;
1, the general diagnosis and treatment project of military families refers to all the diagnosis and treatment projects implemented by military medical institutions except the expenses paid by individuals according to regulations, special medical projects and serious illness medical treatment.
2. Special medical items for military families include blepharoptosis repair, injection and filling of hyaluronic acid, excision of palpebral fissure nevus, repair of orbicularis oculi muscle, minimally invasive eyelash transplantation, augmentation rhinoplasty with alar adduction, augmentation rhinoplasty with auricular cartilage transplantation, augmentation rhinoplasty with costal cartilage removal, augmentation rhinoplasty and hump rhinoplasty.
3. Free treatment for families of soldiers suffering from acute diseases. Parents, lovers and children who can't live independently of cadres and soldiers who come to the team temporarily suffer from acute diseases, and they can be treated free of charge with the approval of doctors and units at or above the regimental level. The above aspects of free medical care for family members of military personnel are for reference only, and are subject to the Interim Provisions on Medical Security for Military Personnel and Their Families issued by the General Office of the Central Military Commission.
There are two cases of free medical care:
1. First, in socialist countries such as North Korea, hospitals are run by the state. The hospital is a functional department of the government, which is responsible for free medical treatment. There is no economic calculation in medical behavior. This kind of free service looks beautiful, but the actual result is the same as all other public utilities, that is, there is no motivation, doctors have no motivation to see a doctor, and they don't want to see a patient at all.
2. Another kind of free treatment is full reimbursement. The consequences of full reimbursement are obvious: the patient loses the budget constraint on the treatment behavior, and it doesn't cost me anything anyway. You can treat it at will, and the hospital certainly welcomes this situation. But as the payer, the government must control the budget.
