What is breast plastic surgery?
Among solid tumors, breast cancer is a kind of malignant tumor, with many treatments and good prognosis. At present, the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of diseases are individualized. Different types of breast cancer have different treatment schemes and prognosis.

The standardized treatment plan for breast cancer is as follows:

Surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted drug therapy, endocrine therapy, immunotherapy.

① Surgical treatment:

Surgery is the first step in the treatment of breast cancer. The purpose is to remove the tumor and eliminate the tumor base camp. It is also the first step to standardize treatment. According to the specific condition, the surgical methods include: modified radical mastectomy (excision of breast and axillary lymph nodes), breast-conserving surgery (radical mastectomy), and immediate reconstruction after total mastectomy.

Not all breast cancers should be removed. According to the specific situation, you can choose breast-conserving surgery.

② Chemotherapy

Chemotherapy refers to chemical drug treatment. The purpose is to eliminate and kill tumor cells that may remain in the body, which is an important auxiliary means of cure.

Commonly used chemotherapy schemes include anthracyclines and taxanes, and the general chemotherapy course is 6-8 courses, with a course of 2 1 day. There are also intensive therapies, such as weekly therapy.

③ Endocrine therapy

For hormone receptor positive breast cancer, that is, ER/PR positive patients, endocrine therapy can be given after surgery and chemotherapy. Premenopausal patients take tamoxifen or toremifene orally, while postmenopausal patients take anastrozole, exemestane and letrozole orally.

④ Radiotherapy:

Radiotherapy has indications: mainly for axillary lymph node metastasis, large mass, skin invasion, breast-conserving patients and other situations that need radiotherapy.

⑤ Targeted drug therapy:

Patients with HER-2(3+) or fish amplification by immunohistochemistry need trastuzumab (Herceptin treatment). At present: Bilotinib is also used in clinic.

In breast cancer, different pathological types, different molecular typing and different treatment schemes need specific analysis.
