What are the techniques for making tea?
Tea is welcomed by people, not only because it is a popular good drink, but also because it can play a certain role in health care and treatment. So how to process tea? The pollution-free processing technology of tea is introduced as follows:

Construction of processing plant

Processing plants should be far away from garbage dumps, livestock farms, hospitals, septic tanks, etc. More than 50 meters, away from farmland where pesticides are often sprayed 100 meters, away from main traffic roads for more than 20 meters, and away from industrial enterprises that discharge three wastes. Require clean, sufficient and sunny water sources.

The primary processing plant should be built in the center of tea garden or in a safe area nearby, taking into account the convenience of transportation, life and communication. The processing plant should be isolated from the living area and office area, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the production area. The environment of the processing plant should be neat, clean and free of peculiar smell. The road should be paved with hard pavement, the drainage system should be unobstructed, and the factory environment should be green. The ground should be hard, flat, bright and clean, and the walls should be free of dirt. Processing and packaging sites should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at least once before the tea season. The tea warehouse should be sealed and moisture-proof, and the tea can be stored in the cold storage at a storage temperature of about 5℃. The lighting in the processing workshop is good, and the light illumination reaches more than 500 L x (note: illumination refers to the area density of light flux on the light receiving surface, which is the quantity indicating the illumination degree of the light receiving surface, and L x is the unit code indicating the illumination. Generally 1 L x is 1 candle brightness). The processing plant shall have a health license issued by the health administrative department.

process equipment

Tea processing equipment should be environmentally-friendly and famous tea processing machinery and equipment, such as multifunctional machines, water-removing machines, complete machines, etc. The stove and hot blast stove of bulk tea processing equipment should be located outside the wall of the processing workshop, and the newly purchased equipment should remove the antirust oil on the surface of the material. At the beginning of each tea season, the processing equipment should be cleaned, derusted and maintained.

Personnel requirements

Processing personnel should undergo production training and master processing technology and operation skills before taking up their posts. Health check-ups are conducted every year. Processing personnel should maintain personal hygiene when entering the workplace, wash their hands, change clothes, change shoes and wear hats.

Processing technology

Fresh leaves should come from pollution-free tea gardens and should not be mixed with other fresh leaves of unknown origin. Purchase fresh leaves and raw tea in strict accordance with the acceptance criteria, and do not purchase adulterated, non-tea substances or deteriorated fresh leaves and tea for processing. Fresh leaves should be stored reasonably, and the thickness of fresh leaves stored on the ground should not exceed 30 cm. In accordance with the relevant enterprise standards and industry standards, strip, flat, needle, curly famous tea and fried green tea should be processed. According to the variety, grade or raw material of fresh leaves, the corresponding processing technology is adopted to ensure the normal quality of products. Tea leaves are not in direct contact with the ground during processing. Packaging materials should meet food requirements.

Farmer processing

Farmers should have special places to process tea and facilities to prevent poultry and livestock from entering and leaving the processing places. Other sundries should not be stored in the processing site during processing. Pots and stoves for processing tea should be dedicated, and tea cannot be processed with daily cookers. Tea should not be in direct contact with the ground during processing. Wash your hands with drinking water before frying tea, change your shoes when entering the processing site, and smoking and spitting are not allowed at the processing site. Finished tea should be stored in a dry, airtight, dark and cool place. Don't pack tea with paper printed with ink such as newspapers, and don't pack tea with PVC or polystyrene. Advocate to change the decentralized processing of farmers into centralized and unified processing according to standards.
