1. Recruitment scope and targets
1. Nursing graduates with Jiaxing household registration or Jiaxing student origin. The household registration is based on the place of household registration on March 5, 2012, and the student's place of origin is the place of household registration when enrolling in the college entrance examination (high school entrance examination).
2. College degree or above must have Zhejiang household registration or Zhejiang student origin.
3. Full-time undergraduate nursing graduates from ordinary universities are not subject to restrictions on household registration.
4. Current employees of public institutions must obtain the consent of their units and competent authorities to apply; graduates of adult education must obtain a diploma before applying.
5. Current students studying in full-time ordinary colleges and universities cannot apply for the examination with their already obtained academic qualifications and degree certificates. Those who have been found to have cheated or committed fraud in the recruitment process for civil servants and public institution staff since 2008, as well as those who have other circumstances that prohibit employment as public servants according to law, are not allowed to apply.
2. Basic conditions for recruitment

4. Recruitment Qualifications
Full-time general college nursing college degree or above, or technical secondary school degree or above with practicing nurse qualification.
5. Recruitment procedures and methods
Based on the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", procedures such as on-site registration, written examination, physical examination, assessment, public announcement, and recruitment will be adopted.
1. On-site registration. If the number of applicants is less than twice the number in the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly.
2. Written test. The written test subject is nursing knowledge, with a full score of 100 points.
Written test time: half day in the morning of March 11, 2012; see the admission ticket for the specific test location.
3. Physical examination and assessment. After the written examination, based on the written examination results, the physical examination and assessment objects will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 from high scores to low scores. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
The assessment methods and standards are implemented with reference to the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)", and the assessment is organized by the County Health Bureau.
4. Announcement and employment. After passing the physical examination and assessment, the list of personnel to be hired will be published on the Haiyan Personnel and Talent Network and the Haiyan County Health Bureau for 7 days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period or if there are problems reported that will not affect the employment after investigation, an "Employment Notice" will be issued or an employment agreement will be signed, and employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
After receiving the employment notice, applicants must report to the County Talent Center and County Health Bureau within the specified time. Those who exceed the deadline without justifiable reasons will be disqualified from employment. Fresh graduates from general colleges and universities (technical secondary schools) in 2012 must go through the employment procedures with their graduation certificates. If they cannot graduate on time and obtain a nursing academic certificate, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
5. Those who fail the physical examination, assessment, and public announcement or voluntarily give up will be replaced among the candidates for the written examination in order from high score to low score. If there is any resignation after the announcement of the "Employment Target Announcement", there will be no replacement.
6. On-site registration time, location and procedures
