3. Strong writing skills and a certain academic level, and experience in editing medical journals is preferred;
4. CET-6 is qualified, good at expressing in Chinese and English, and skilled in using common office software;
5. Interested in editing sci-tech periodicals, careful and responsible;
6. Have good professional ethics, practical work and team spirit.
Fourth, recruitment methods

Step 3 interview
The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the post, and can be conducted in various ways, such as defense, structured interview, unstructured interview, scenario simulation and practical operation.

Step 4 have a physical examination
Calculate the total score according to the ratio of written test and interview score of 4:6, and determine the list of people to be recorded according to the ranking order of the total score of physical examination.
The physical examination refers to the National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (Trial), and is organized by the unit to the designated medical institution for physical examination.
Step 5 investigate
The investigation organized by this unit mainly examines the candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality, integrity record and study and work experience.
6. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed
According to the results of written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation, the candidates will be publicized in official website of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and official website (www.shdrc.org) of our unit for seven days.
If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the Shanghai Municipal Health and Wellness Committee and the higher authorities, and then to the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security for approval and filing; If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.
