1. When lifting the polyp outward, the operation should be light to avoid bleeding caused by broken pedicle.

2. For polyps with large volume and wide base, tissue forceps can be used to clamp them, gently pull out the anus, gradually cut the surrounding mucosa from one end along the base, separate the submucosa and take out the polyps. When cutting, the mucosa was sutured intermittently with 3-0 gut line.
