How to insert the wire rope;
Hand-weaving: the method of hand-weaving six strands of steel wire rope alternately twisted with fiber core or metal core into a collared hook is also suitable for a collarless hook;
1. The plug connector adopts five penetrations, which can be composed of three whole-strand penetrations and two reduced-strand penetrations. All joints shall be opposite to the winding direction of wire rope; Except for the first group, the tail ends of all strands inserted in other groups should be opposite to the twisting direction of the wire rope.
2. Interleaving should be carried out in a way of one share up and one share down.
3. If the wire rope has a fiber core, the core should be completely penetrated with the first end of the first group, and then the exposed core should be cut off. If the strand has a fiber core, the core of the strand should remain in the original strand. 4 If the wire rope has an independent core, the core should be divided into three parts, namely:-two strands; -Two stocks;
-Two stocks plus its core.
These three parts are inserted with three staggered tails and only pass through three complete insertion points.
5. If the steel wire rope has an independent steel wire strand core, when the first group is inserted, this core should be folded inward and then completely inserted into the center of the insertion head for five times.
6. All penetrations shall be fastened firmly until they are consistent with the center line of the inserted wire rope. In order to make the inserted parts smooth and round, it is necessary to shape them with appropriate tools so that they can enter the appropriate position.
