I. Conditions for registration

(1) I have a firm political stance, support the line, principles and policies of China * * * Production Party, abide by the law, have good moral character and a correct style of study.

(2) The person should be under 35 years of age, and the doctor's degree is generally not more than 3 years.

(3) Have strong research ability and professionalism, and be able to complete the corresponding scientific research work in a pioneering way.

(4) you must have the conditions to engage in postdoctoral research in our center completely, and you are not allowed to engage in postdoctoral research part-time.

2. Relevant treatment:

1. Salary

The salary is paid to local postdoctoral doctors who have unified recruitment and unified distribution or have terminated their labor relations with their original units, and the basic salary, five insurances, one gold and other measures for the implementation of salary treatment for employees employed in welfare reference centers. Postdoctoral students of active servicemen (armed police), post-doctoral students who have been transferred from military jobs to self-employment and local post-doctoral students who have been trained in orientation are all paid training, and the center will no longer pay wages separately.

2. Performance allowance

The performance of military postdoctoral personnel shall be handled in accordance with relevant military regulations; The local postdoctoral staff shall allocate the performance allowance of the department according to the performance distribution scope of the personnel employed by the center.

3. Scientific research funds

Postdoctoral students can apply for general projects of China Postdoctoral Fund (first-class funding of 12, yuan, second-class funding of 8, yuan), special funding projects (18, yuan) and pre-station funding projects (18, yuan). The Center will match the postdoctoral fellows who have been funded by China postdoctoral fund as appropriate.

4. Housing security

According to the military housing management policy, in-station postdoctoral researchers who meet the specified conditions will be included in the housing security scope, and apartment housing will be arranged for in-station postdoctoral researchers. If there is no guarantee condition to arrange apartment housing, rental subsidies will be paid according to the standards of active cadres with the same qualifications in training units. From the next month after the expiration of the research work for two years, it will no longer be included in the scope of housing security. Postdoctoral military personnel who have been allocated housing in Beijing will no longer provide housing security.

5. Evaluation of professional titles

Before leaving the station, local postdoctoral fellows can participate in the evaluation of senior professional titles organized by the hospital according to the relevant regulations on the evaluation of professional titles in the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army.
