Sandblasting machine is the most popular tool in abrasive jet technology, and its classification can be divided into different results according to different standards. First, according to the way abrasive enters the spray gun, it can be divided into suction type and pressure type. The former is driven by compressed air, and the high-speed moving air forms negative pressure. Abrasive such as pomegranate sand is sucked into the spray gun through the sand conveying pipe and sprayed out at high speed through the nozzle, and then the surface of the workpiece is treated with abrasive such as pomegranate sand with high speed, sharp angle and high hardness. In this form, compressed air not only generates the suction force for abrasive to enter the spray gun, but also generates the power for abrasive to leave the spray gun at high speed. The latter is the working pressure established by compressed air in the abrasive tank, which presses the abrasive into the spray gun through the sand conveying pipe, and then impacts the workpiece surface at high speed through the nozzle.
On the basis of the above two, according to the working state of abrasive, suction disc sandblasting machine can be divided into dry type and wet type.
Under the same conditions, the working pressure of suction sandblasting machine is lower than that of pressure sandblasting machine, and of course the consumption of compressed air is less. When the working state of pomegranate sand and other abrasives does not contain water during sandblasting, it is called dry sandblasting machine. The working state of abrasive is wet and contains moisture, which is called wet sandblasting machine. Compared with dry sandblasting machine, the biggest feature of wet sandblasting machine is to control the dust pollution during sandblasting and improve the working environment of sandblasting operation.
In addition, according to the working conditions of workers in the sand blasting process, it can be divided into manual sand blasting and automatic sand blasting. However, no matter the sandblasting machine mentioned above, there is no need to replace the existing equipment when using pomegranate sand for sandblasting.
