Bus tickets cannot be refunded in different places. There are two ways to refund bus tickets, one is station refund, and the other is online direct refund, but the premise of online refund is that there is a refund system on the Internet.

The bus ticket refund fee is as follows:

1. If the ticket is refunded 2 hours before the departure time, the refund fee will be charged at 10% of the face value;

2. Refund the ticket within 2 hours after leaving by bus, and the refund fee will be charged at 20% of the ticket denomination;

3. Refund the ticket within 1 hour after the bus leaves, and the refund fee will be charged at 50% of the ticket denomination;

4. No refund will be made after the bus leaves 1 hour;

5. The refund fee is charged only for the passengers' own reasons. If the bus is delayed due to objective reasons such as fog, no refund fee will be charged.
