2. Production process:

2.1 Construction preparation:

(1) Design drawings and Measure the actual dimensions on site to determine the installation position of the aluminum veneer support frame.

(2) According to the control axis and horizontal elevation line, pop up the baseline for aluminum veneer installation (including vertical and horizontal axes and horizontal lines).

(3) Install the connectors that fix the skeleton. The horizontal and vertical members of the skeleton are fixed to the structure through connectors, and the connectors to the structure are fixed through welding.

(4) The position of the fixed skeleton and the installed skeleton must be accurate, and the combination must be firm.

2.2. Installation of frame keels:

1. According to the specifications of the aluminum veneer, determine the specific positions of the horizontal and vertical frame keels. High-rise buildings need to be controlled and calibrated using a theodolite, which requires horizontal and vertical alignment.

2. On both sides of the vertical frame keel, drive steel expansion bolts at a center distance of 450-500mm to fix the 50x50x5mm galvanized angle steel on it. The position must be accurate.

3. The vertical frame keel is made of 50x50x5mm hot-dip galvanized angle steel, and the vertical frame keel is fully welded and fixed on the steel angle code. The horizontal frame keel L50x50x5mm angle steel is fixed on the vertical keel. When the lateral size of the plate is greater than 1500mm, it should be fixed according to the vertical frame keel fixing method, which requires a firm combination. After the keel is installed, the supervisor and construction unit should be notified to carry out the acceptance record of the concealed project. Only after the acceptance is passed can the next step of construction be entered.

2.3. Aluminum veneer connection and installation:

2.3.1. Install the good aluminum veneer sections. The specific installation method is: use M6*25 stainless steel bolts to attach the aluminum veneer. The angle aluminum on the board is fixed on the frame keel, and a 15mm gap should be left between the two aluminum veneers.

2.3.2 Weather-resistant glue application:

(1) After the aluminum veneer components are installed, weather-resistant sealant must be caulked to ensure the air tightness and airtightness of the aluminum veneer curtain wall. Watertight.

(2) Before injecting glue, you should check the manufacturer, production date, certificate, validity period, etc. of the glue used, and keep records.

(3) The glue injection area should be cleaned before construction to ensure that there is no water, oil stains, dust and other debris in the joints; acrylic * can be used as a cleaning agent during cleaning.

(4) The bottom of the sealing groove of the aluminum veneer should be filled with polyethylene* foam material.

(5) The construction thickness of weather-resistant silicone sealant should be controlled between 3.5mm and 4.5mm, and the construction width should not be less than 2 times the construction thickness. The general construction width is 15MM.

(6) The glue injected into the joints should be dense, and the glue joints should be full, straight and smooth, without defects such as bubbles.
