1. High temperature water mold temperature machine

High temperature water mold temperature machine is a kind of high temperature mold temperature machine. The heat transfer medium is water, and the temperature control range is from normal temperature to 180℃. Higher temperature can be obtained by pressurizing.

When the high-temperature water mold temperature machine is just started, the water source is introduced through the cooling circulation pipe, and the exhaust is automatically started. After the whole system is replenished with water, the pressure detection system automatically measures the replenishment pressure, and the temperature value can be set after it meets the requirements. At this time, the heating device began to work, and the temperature probe detected the temperature, but it did not reach the set value. When the temperature reaches the set value, the temperature probe feeds back the signal to the computer board, and the computer board outputs a signal to stop heating. If the temperature exceeds the set value, start the cooling solenoid valve and introduce some cold water for cooling until it is close to the set temperature. ?

2. High temperature oil mold temperature machine

The high-temperature oil temperature machine takes heat transfer oil as heat transfer medium and has the characteristics of "low pressure and high temperature". Through technical improvement, the temperature can reach 300℃-400℃.

The high-temperature oil temperature machine uses electric energy as the heat source, and the temperature can reach 300℃-400℃, that is, the tubular electric heating element immersed in heat-conducting oil is electrified to generate heat, and the heat-conducting oil is used as the heat carrier, and the heat is forcibly circulated through the hot oil circulating pump to transfer the heat to one or several heat-using devices. After the heat transfer oil is unloaded by the thermal equipment, it passes through the circulating pump again, returns to the electric oil furnace to absorb heat, and is transported to the thermal equipment to realize continuous heat transfer. Ensure that thermal equipment can obtain continuous and stable high-temperature energy.
