Based on the above responsibilities, the Provincial Radio, Film and Television Bureau has 8 internal agencies:

(1) Office (Exchange and Cooperation Office).

Responsible for the daily work of the agency such as documents, conference affairs, confidentiality, supervision, and archives; responsible for information, security, confidentiality, letters and visits, government affairs disclosure, e-government, comprehensive coordination, etc.; handling National People's Congress bills, recommendations and Proposals to the CPPCC; guide institutional reform and mechanism innovation in the field of radio, film and television; carry out external exchanges and cooperation in radio, film and television; formulate development plans for radio, film and television undertakings and industries, draft relevant local laws and regulations; undertake administrative reconsideration, Administrative response work.

(2) Publicity Management Office.

(3) Social Management Office.

Supervise radio and television production institutions and information network audio-visual program service institutions and implement access and exit management; undertake the production and distribution of TV series (TV cartoons) and information network audio-visual programs (including IP TV, Internet radio TV, mobile phone audio-visual programs), and video-on-demand programs in hotels and restaurants; undertake the review, approval and supervision of the installation and use of satellite broadcasting ground receiving facilities; supervise the broadcast of radio and television advertisements and the broadcast of audio-visual programs on public audio-visual carriers.

(4) Film Management Office.

Guide and supervise film production, distribution and screening work; undertake the review work of film production, distribution and theater unit establishment and cancellation; review film production and public screening licenses; guide and organize the implementation of rural films Projects and other major film projects; undertake the collection and management of special film funds.

(5) Science and Technology Business Office.

(6) Planning and Finance Department.

(7) Personnel Department (co-located with the Retired Personnel Service).

(8) Supervision Office (co-located with the Discipline Inspection Team and the Office of the Party Committee of the directly affiliated agency, with the addition of the Security Office brand).
