Chongwenmen Road West Road North has a Huangsi Beauty and Plastic Surgery Hospital. Very formal and secure. Double eyelids should be around 1300 (this is what I consulted in 2006). If you do it in a small place, at least 200 yuan will do, but it is not practical. (There is one in the office building north of Wangfujing) Choose for yourself.
