There are many ways to make cherries, such as cherry cake, cherry pie, cherry pudding, cherry yogurt, cherry ice cream, cherry sauce, canned cherry and so on.
The cherry sauce method comprises the following steps:
1, select fresh and full-quality cherries and wash them for later use;
2, removing cherry stones and fruit stalks;
3. Put the prepared cherries into a pot, add fine sugar and water, and heat them with high fire;
4. Heat to boiling, turn to low heat 1 min, and dissolve all the sugar. Do not heat it for too long to keep the shape of the cherry;
5. Put the cooked cherries and sugar water together in the prepared clean bottle. If you want to keep it for a long time, please disinfect it as follows: put half a pot of water in the pot, put a bottle full of cherries in the pot, boil the water, continue to cook for 5 minutes on low heat, and turn off the fire. Cover the bottle while it is hot (be careful not to burn your hands with a wet cloth), and then put the bottle together with the lid in the pot until it cools.
6. Put the cooled candied cherries in the refrigerator for cold storage. If the disinfection is in place and the bottle is well sealed, it can be stored for up to one year (PS: if it does not need to be stored for a long time, the disinfection process can be omitted, and the bottle can be directly put into the lid, cooled and put into the refrigerator, and can be eaten after one day).
Cherry pie practice:
1, the cherry is pitted and pickled with sugar for more than 2 hours, and the butter is cut into small pieces.
2. Sieve the low-gluten flour for later use.
3. Put the sieved low flour on the chopping board, pour in the butter block and mix well with the low flour, and then knead it by hand. At this time, smooth the kneaded flour, beat the yolk in the middle, and then slowly add ice water (which has been stirred evenly with salt) to knead all the materials into dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to relax for more than 30 minutes.
4. Roll the dough into 0.4 cm thick dough, put it into a cake pan, scrape off the excess dough with a scraper, press it by hand, and relax it for about 15 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven, spread tin foil in the middle of the pie, put red beans, bake at 200 degrees 10 minute, then bake at 180 degrees 15 minute, and serve.
6. Marinate the cherry juice, stir it evenly with starch, put it in the microwave oven, stir it evenly to form a thick juice (add some sugar if you like sweetness), pour it on the semi-finished product and put it in the preheated oven, bake it at 200 degrees for 8 minutes, and the sweet cherry pie will come out!
