Every 10m, the flatness of the installation base surface of the main rail is allowed to be 0.05mm, and the flatness of the whole process is allowed to be 0.03mm. The roughness is required to be 1.6, and the appearance is free from casting defects.
3. Chamfering treatment between the installation base surface of the guide rail and the installation base surface of the side surface of the guide rail.
Requirements: The chamfer radius is less than or equal to 3.5 mm If the chamfer is found to be too large or protruding, it should be treated with oilstone in time, otherwise the installation accuracy of the guide rail will be poor or the slider will be disturbed.
4. Machining the locking threaded hole of the base for installing the guide rail.
Requirements: Ensure that the installation screw holes are located correctly, and the center distance of each connecting screw hole is greater than 0. 1mm or less than 0.1mm.. In order to ensure the high-precision machining of screw holes, numerical control equipment is needed for positioning machining.
5. Check the guide rail after unpacking.
Requirements: Check whether the guide rail is qualified, damaged and corroded, clean the antirust oil, and remove burrs, bumps and dirt on the assembly surface.
