Article 1 The name of this organization is: China Plastic Surgery Association, English name: Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetic, CAPA for short.

Article 2 This group is an industrial, national and non-profit social group voluntarily composed of relevant units and individuals engaged in plastic surgery, clinical teaching and scientific research management.

Article 3 The purpose of this group:

The purpose of this group is to unite the workers engaged in facial cosmetic surgery all over the country, abide by the national constitution, laws, regulations and policies, advocate social morality, and assist government departments to strengthen self-discipline in this industry through activities such as "industry standardization, self-discipline and rights protection, information exchange, business training, scientific research, technical support, rescue and international cooperation", establish a standardized and orderly plastic surgery market order, promote the continuous improvement of plastic surgery technology and service level in China, and safeguard the plastic surgery cause.

Article 4 The organization accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the registration authority of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the competent business unit of the Ministry of Health.

Article 5 domicile of this group: Beijing.

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 6 The business scope of the Group:

(a) to implement the principles and policies to promote plastic surgery, and actively guide the healthy development of plastic surgery industry;

(two) to educate the staff of plastic surgery institutions with ideals, morality, culture and discipline, and to establish a professional style of obeying the law and abiding by professional ethics;

(three) to investigate and study the economic development of the industry, put forward opinions and suggestions on the policies and legislation of the industry, and provide suggestions for the plastic surgery institutions to improve their management;

(four) entrusted by the relevant government departments, collecting, analyzing and publishing industry information;

(5) Editing and publishing academic journals, books, information materials and audio-visual products in accordance with relevant regulations, undertaking or holding exchanges of plastic surgery institutions and exhibitions of plastic surgery products according to the needs of market and industry development, and carrying out health education and publicity;

(six) to carry out exchanges and cooperation in plastic surgery technology and management at home and abroad, organize relevant training in plastic surgery industry, cultivate management talents and technical talents in plastic surgery institutions, and promote the improvement of the management level of members of this group;

(7) Accepting the entrustment of the competent government departments, participating in the formulation and revision of the quality evaluation standards, operating procedures and relevant industry management regulations of plastic surgery institutions, demonstrating the introduction, development and application of major new technologies and materials in the industry, and organizing the evaluation and promotion of scientific research achievements;

(eight) to formulate rules and regulations and promote the implementation of members, standardize industry behavior, maintain fair competition, supervise and manage the compliance of group members with national laws and regulations, medical and nursing operation norms, and promptly correct acts that infringe on the life and health rights and interests of plastic surgery consumers;

(nine) reflect the requirements of members, coordinate the relationship between members, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and promote the contact and cooperation between plastic surgery institutions and all walks of life;

(10) Providing legal aid to members whose legitimate rights and interests have been infringed during their practice, providing plastic repair assistance to patients who have failed plastic surgery, and cooperating with charities to provide plastic surgery assistance to plastic surgery patients with financial difficulties;

(eleven) to accept the entrustment of the relevant government departments to freely select, commend and reward the employees, outstanding scientific research achievements, academic works and papers of outstanding plastic surgery institutions within the membership;

(twelve) to set up scientific research funds, organize key academic research and projects, and support scientific research in the plastic surgery industry;

(thirteen) to undertake other tasks entrusted by the competent government departments.
