Processing technology of Putuo Buddha tea
Putuo Buddha tea is a kind of fried fragrant tea made from big leaf tea, which is mainly produced in Pu 'er area of Fujian. The manufacturing process is as follows:

1. Raw material screening: select high-quality fresh leaves of big-leaf tea tree, screen them to remove impurities such as residual branches and yellow leaves.

2. Deactivation: Put the screened fresh leaves into a de-enzyming pot, heat them to remove the enzyme, so that they lose most of the water, and at the same time stop fermentation to keep the tea bright green.

3. Kneading: put the fresh leaves after enzyme fixation into a kneading machine for kneading and pressing, so that the tea leaves form strips.

4. Fermentation: put the twisted tea leaves indoors for fermentation, so that the tea leaves gradually ferment to produce aroma and form a unique aged taste.

5. Drying: the fermented tea leaves are put into a dryer for drying, so that the water content of the tea leaves is reduced and the aroma is more intense.

6. Shaping: Shaping the dried tea leaves into a flat shape, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

7. Storage: Put the molded tea leaves in a closed box and put them in a ventilated and dry environment, so that the taste inside the tea leaves can be gradually transformed and sublimated.
