2. Wash the knife and cut both ends of the grapefruit first, as shown in the figure below:

3. Cut the grapefruit from the middle and divide it into two halves, as shown in the following figure:

4. Then use a kitchen knife to cut along one side of the grapefruit, as shown in the figure below:

5. Then pull the grapefruit from one direction and turn it into a heart-shaped grapefruit, as shown in the following figure:

6. Finally, take the grapefruit pulp out of the skin to get the heart-shaped grapefruit.
