It has internal medicine (including cardiovascular medicine, hematology, nephrology, gastroenterology, neurology, endocrinology, geriatrics, oncology, infectious diseases, respiratory medicine and other specialties), surgery (including oncology, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, common burns, urology, plastic surgery, orthopedics, thoracic surgery, pediatric surgery and other specialties), obstetrics and gynecology, and dermatology. Radiotherapy department, emergency department, anesthesia department, clean operation department, ICU, imaging department (including radiation, MRI and CT), laboratory department, ultrasonic diagnosis room, hyperbaric oxygen treatment room, pathology department, nuclear medicine department, pharmacy department, hyperbaric oxygen department and other departments.

In 2005, with the care and support of Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the First Hospital of Quanzhou, Fujian Province built Anji Campus in the east of Fengze District, covering an area of 280 mu, with 1.500 beds. The first phase of the project has a construction area of 97,000 ㎡, with beds 1000, and is expected to be put into use in 2008.
