Remove the cylinder head bolts in the order of tightening the cylinder head fastening bolts and loosening the cylinder head fastening screws; 2. When installing the cylinder head, replace all sealing strips or gaskets, and pay attention to the installation position of gaskets. In particular, the side marked "obentop" on the cylinder pad must face the cylinder head; 3. Tighten the cylinder head bolts with a torque wrench and a special tool for disassembling and assembling the cylinder head bolts. Tighten the cylinder head bolts four times according to the sequence diagram. Tighten the cylinder head bolts by 40 Nm for the first time, 60 Nm for the second time, 75 Nm for the third time, mark the bolts by 90 degrees with a pen for the fourth time, and then turn them by 90 degrees with a torque wrench.
