How to treat clavicle fracture?
Non-displaced fractures or branchial cleft fractures in children do not need special treatment. Only hang the affected limb with triangular towel for 3 ~ 6 weeks before starting activities.

The displaced mid-section fracture was manually reduced and fixed with a horizontal figure-eight bandage. After reduction and fixation, the blood circulation and sensorimotor function of bilateral upper limbs were closely observed.

Indications of open reduction: patients can't bear the pain of figure-eight bandage fixation; Displacement after reduction, affecting the appearance: combined with neurovascular injury; Open fracture; Old fracture nonunion; Lateral clavicle fracture with coracoclavicular ligament.
