Can the general attending doctor's certificate be changed into a plastic attending doctor's certificate?
Under any of the following circumstances after registration, a physician may apply to the original registration authority to change the scope of practice: br/& gt;; (1) Having obtained academic qualifications recognized by higher education departments at or above the provincial level in other majors of the same category outside the scope of registered practice, and intending to engage in new corresponding majors with the consent of the practicing institutions;

(2) In the business training institutions designated by the administrative department of health at or above the provincial level, those who have received systematic training from other specialties in the same category for two years or completed professional training for two years or completed systematic training and professional training for two years in total, and have obtained the assessment certificate issued by the business assessment institution designated by the administrative department of health at or above the provincial level, but intend to engage in their favorite training specialty as recognized by the Ministry of Finance of their practicing institutions, and must obtain the qualification of doctors in the corresponding category. To apply for changing the scope of practice, the following materials shall be submitted:

1. application form for changing the scope of practice of doctors with unified responsibility system in provincial health administrative departments; 2. Physician qualification certificate; 3. Physician's practice certificate; 4. Senior academic certificate or training assessment certificate corresponding to the scope of practice to be changed; 5. Proof that the employer agrees to change the scope of practice; 6. Other materials prescribed by the health administrative department at or above the provincial level.
