China No.1 Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (Zhong Yi, China) is located in Fulaerji District, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. Its predecessor was No.1 Heavy Machinery Factory, which was founded in 1954. 1993, with the approval of the state, China No.1 heavy machinery group was established with No.1 heavy machinery factory as the core enterprise, with separate state plans 1995, which was directly managed by the central government.
After 50 years of continuous construction, Zhong Yi, China has formed a strong comprehensive technological innovation system, with complete product and process research and development design, complete advanced production equipment and capabilities such as steelmaking, casting, forging, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, testing and measurement, packaging and shipment. It can provide 200,000 tons/year of high-quality molten steel, with a water supply of 700 tons, a maximum casting of 500 tons and a maximum ingot of 300 tons. It is the largest casting and forging steel production base in China, with the precision and manufacturing capacity of production technology and equipment reaching the international advanced level, and has a base and dock for heavy equipment assembly and sea transportation.
Over the past 50 years, China Zhong Yi has provided1million tons of mechanical products for national economic construction, filled the technical gaps of more than 300 industrial products in China, and developed more than 240 new products, making China's manufacturing level of heavy machinery products among the international advanced ranks.
China Zhong Yi mainly provides metallurgical machinery and equipment mainly for rolling, shaping and continuous casting equipment, mining machinery and equipment represented by 23m3 electric shovel, forging machinery and equipment represented by various hydraulic presses, hot die forging presses and mechanical presses, large-scale castings and forgings of large hydropower and thermal power units, industrial and mining accessories mainly for various metallurgical rollers, heavy-duty vessels for petrochemical and coal liquefaction mainly for large-scale hot-wall hydrogenation reactors, complete sets of pressure vessels and nuclear islands for civil nuclear power reactors.
1993 China Zhong Yi technology center was established with the approval of the state, and its products have won many awards and commendations from the state, ministries, provinces and cities. In recent years, China Zhong Yi has designed and manufactured a number of products with independent intellectual property rights. The successful design and manufacture of Angang 1780mm tandem cold mill and flat mill has filled the gap in the manufacturing field of large tandem cold mill in China and realized the localization of major technical equipment in China. The successful development of the new base material of hot-wall hydrogenation reactor and the manufacturing technology of thousand-ton reactor has made China enter the international leading level. The first neutron experimental fast reactor project in China is being installed on site; The world's first coal liquefaction reactor weighing 2000 tons has been assembled and welded in Shenhua Group.
In 2005, with the approval of the state, the National Heavy Technical Equipment Engineering Research Center was under construction. Its mission is to continuously develop engineering research results with independent intellectual property rights in the fields of large-scale strip rolling technology and equipment, heavy containers (hydrogenation, nuclear power, coal liquefaction), power station castings and forgings, etc. , to improve the independent innovation ability of China's heavy technical equipment as the core, focusing on major technical problems in the development of national key projects and heavy machinery industry.
China attaches great importance to product quality, has established a scientific quality assurance system and has advanced product quality testing methods. It has successively obtained a number of manufacturing licenses from ASME, pressure vessels, civil nuclear pressure-bearing equipment, British LR, American ABS, Norwegian DNV, China CCS Classification Society and so on. It has passed the quality system certification of GJB/Z900 1 and ISO900 1 and won the national quality award flag.
