The salary varies from company to company. I can only give you a macro view for your reference:
Chairman, I won't talk about it;
The salary of the general manager is hard to estimate. According to the trade volume of each company, the general basic salary is around 80- 120K;
Supervisor/director/industry manager, with a monthly salary of about 4-8K;
Skilled staff/skilled single shift, monthly salary 1.5 or so-3k;
Novice employees/novices and singles, with a monthly salary of 1- 1.5K or so;
Internship/part-time, the monthly salary is about 0.6-0.8K;
Finance/documentation, with a monthly salary of about 2-3.5K;
Finance (part-time)/documentation (part-time), with a monthly salary of 1-2K or so;
Clerk/front desk, etc. Follow the market price, 1-2K or so.
Different companies have different standards and actual conditions. The above data are for your reference only. The higher the above values, the greater the error. Because Wuhan's overall income is low, horizontal comparison is of little significance. It is most important to consider all aspects by yourself.
Generally, foreign trade companies do not require too high academic qualifications for their employees. What they value is your flexibility and learning ability. You don't want to be proficient in learning, but you want to know a lot. As far as I know, many foreign trade practitioners have finally chosen the road of starting their own businesses.
I have a company, a stable large customer base, and there is no comparability, so let's not talk about it.
