Legal basis:

1. 6. 7. Anyone who commits any of the following violations of public security management shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with the "Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China"; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law:
