Ingredients: papaya150g, 200ml milk. (about 1 mug).

2. Drain the pot, add papaya, add rock sugar, and bring to a boil over low heat. Uncover and continue to cook until you feel that there is only a proper amount of sugar water left. Pour milk without papaya, and bring to a boil over low heat.

Ingredients: half a papaya, one cup of fresh milk, eggs, fresh milk 1 cup, eggs 1 piece.

1. Peel papaya, cut it into small squares, and put it in a special porcelain stew pot for later use.

1, 200g milk, one papaya, 20g rock sugar.
2. Peel papaya, cut it in half, and dig out seeds and naan.
3. Cut the papaya into small squares.
4. Take a large bowl, pour the milk, papaya and rock sugar into the bowl, wrap it with plastic wrap, and steam in the pot 15-20 minutes.
