Huaci Temple, referred to as "Huaci Temple" for short, was founded in the second year of Zhenguan in the Southern Song Dynasty (115-1169). After the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, it has a history of more than 900 years and has been awarded the title of emperor by the emperor for many times. In its heyday, there were nine halls and twenty-four halls in Huaci Temple, covering an area of more than 60,000 square meters and accommodating thousands of monks.

I don't know the origin of this "97-year-old Yuanshan", and its title is "Pu 'an Dojo". The more I read these words, the more I like them.
Behind the two inscriptions, the turret in the release pond goes straight into the south sky, which is magnificent. It is very rare to inherit it as a whole stone carving. Unfortunately, it was put in a dry pool, one left and one right. You can't observe the carving details carefully.
This is a genealogical chart of the Ci-Hua Zen Temple School, written on the side wall of Shanmen Temple. Originally inherited from Baizhang Huaihai Gate, it is the mantle of Lin Ji.
There is a famous snot clock in the Forbidden Bell Pavilion in front of the Ursa Major Hall. Why is it called snot clock? If you can't think of your sister, ask Du Niang.

Is there any trouble? I'll send it to you. " Then take down the umbrella. Pick up the clock on the umbrella handle and go.
When Lv Dongbin came to the thorn temple. Master Pu An seemed to know that someone had sent a clock, so he took all the people to meet him outside the mountain gate early. When I met Lv Dongbin with an umbrella and an iron bell, I thought, "Aren't you showing off? We in Pu 'an should shine, but you Taoists should not underestimate our Buddhism. ".So when Lv Dongbin came to him, Pu An held out his Buddha broom and gently picked up the iron bell.
Lv Dongbin is unhappy: It's too contemptuous of us to play this game in front of us without even saying thank you. The clock I'm going to tell you to stop ringing! So he fell on the umbrella handle and rang the bell, which immediately cracked an oblique crack. When Pu An saw this, he was impatient and nimble. He sprayed a line of nose on the crack and sewed it up. Since then, this clock has been called "snot clock". There is also a white mark on the clock, which is said to be tears.
This booger clock, which is also seriously rusted, certainly won't ring. This clock is too big, and because it is one of the few cultural relics of the thorn temple, I also observed it carefully that day. I thought the clock was broken, so I pasted it with white cement for plastic surgery. It turned out to be the Millennium snot of Puan exorcist. No respect! No respect!
Is Master Puan really that awesome? Do you have the courage to fight against the gods? There are many places that people feel disrespectful.
Since the introduction of Zhu Xi's Buddhist scriptures into China in 10 (AD 67), Buddhist statues such as Four Heavenly Kings, Twelve Jue Yuan, Twenty Immortals and Eighteen Arhats have been enshrined in China temples. Ji Gong, known as the "living Buddha" in the Song Dynasty, was known as "Luohanlong", but in some temples in the south of the Yangtze River, he could only stand beside the aisle. In Beijing Biyun Temple, he didn't even have a foothold, so he had to squat on the roof beam.
The unique Master Pu 'an found himself a place in the Buddhist temple. In general, the main hall of a Buddhist temple is dedicated to Sakyamuni in the middle of the altar, and there is usually an "island Guanyin map" behind the altar. Goddess Guanyin is in the center, surrounded by some Buddhist teachers, one of whom is the founder of Pu 'an.

Zen master Pu 'an is a great and concerted Zen master. Although he was born in Zen Buddhism, he used all the excellent secret methods, so he was known as the lotus peanut master of Zen Buddhism. Jackson Puan is also proficient in Sanskrit. He took Sanskrit Pinyin as his mantra and combined many monosyllables to create the unique mantra of Han Buddhism, Puan Mantra. The melody of the Pu 'an mantra is natural, just like the blending of heaven and earth, which makes people naturally enter the realm of purity and ethereal, and can communicate with the Bodhisattva spirit of the Pu 'an Zen master, and the chanting is very effective. In Chinese mainland, 90% of Buddhists know Pu 'an Mantra, 70% of monks often recite Pu 'an Mantra, while 95% of Taoists overseas and China know Pu 'an Mantra and Pu 'an Mantra. In Taiwan Province Province, many people offered sacrifices to Master Pu 'an like Mazu. Pu 'an Mantra is not only a famous Buddhist mantra, but also a famous guqin track, and it is an independent song that is different from the interpretation of chapters and sentences in Magic Secret Spectrum.
Before his death, Zen Master Pu 'an spent five years trying to kill blood and wrote a Diamond Sutra. There are 32 periods in the whole sutra, and at the beginning and end of each period, Zen master Pu 'an has "praise", which fully embodies the transcendental understanding of Buddhist scriptures and profound Zen thoughts of a generation of eminent monks. It is the crystallization of the painstaking efforts of Zen master Pu 'an and an important contribution to Buddhist culture in China. It is a precious historical material for studying Buddhist culture in China. This bloody book "Diamond Sutra" and Su Dongpo's handwritten book "Diamond Sutra" collected in Huaci Temple are the treasures of the most famous Buddhist temples in Jiangxi Province.
After the death of Zen master Pu 'an, due to his "efficacy" in protecting the country, Song Yuanming made seven jade seals in three generations. The Quotations of Zen Master Pu 'an is also known as the wisdom, loneliness and kindness of the sage and bodhisattva, Zhao's education and protection of the country in The Record of Hong Ren. The long list of names at the back was sealed by previous imperial edicts.

Apart from the thorn temple, thorn town is world-famous. There is another thing that is often praised. That's a famous local dish: prickly chicken.
According to legend, many years ago, there was a poor scholar named Yuan Zhou in Thorn. He studied abroad and went home for the New Year. On the way, he was caught in a snowstorm. When he got home, his old mother asked him, "What do you want to eat?" He said, "No appetite." Hearing this, the old mother thought for a while and cooked the chicken killed in the New Year with pickled peppers, garlic and ginger. When the chicken is cooked, it gives off an attractive smell. The poor scholar asked his old mother, "mom, what did you cook?" It smells good! " The old mother hurriedly brought a bowl of sour pepper chicken soup. After the scholar finished drinking, his appetite increased greatly and he said, "Another bowl"! After drinking two bowls of chicken soup, the poor scholar was sweating like a pig. The next day, the scholar's cold improved, only to remember that the sour pepper chicken soup he drank yesterday could still cure a cold. Three years later, the poor scholar returned to his hometown to be an official, but his mother had passed away. When he recalled the hot and sour chicken fried by his mother, he burst into tears. To commemorate my mother and miss my hometown, this hot and sour chicken was named "prickly chicken".
