Step 1: Divide each long eggplant into three sections.
In order to make eggplant taste better, we sometimes remove the eggplant skin when making eggplant. The operation steps of removing tomato strips are similar to the above steps, except that the skin must be peeled before the first step, as shown in the figure:
Step 2: cut a piece on each side, so that the eggplant will not slide and roll because of the smooth surface.
Step 3: Cut into thick slices in turn according to the width of about 0.5 cm.
Step 4: Cut the thick piece into strips with a width of 0.5 cm.
Eggplant strips cut from peeled eggplant are more beautiful and have a more delicate taste.
