What's in the spaghetti?
As a Shandong native, pasta is quite rich, such as steamed buns, wonton, jiaozi, noodles, steamed bread, pies and so on. Let me share some dishes I've cooked recently.

Sparerib kidney bean steamed bun

Ingredients: kidney bean 1000g, sparerib 1000g, onion 1 root, onion 1 root, and proper amount of flour.

Cooking steps:

Step 1: Add warm water, yeast, a small amount of cooking oil and half a bag of milk to the flour, stir it into a flocculent dough, and cover it with plastic wrap to wake it up.

Step 2: Rinse the ribs repeatedly with bloodletting water, add salt, chicken essence and soy sauce to consume oil, stir the white sugar evenly, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 3: remove the head of kidney beans, wash and dice, and dice onions for later use.

Step 4: Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry kidney beans until they are bright green, and let them cool for later use.

Step 5: Let kidney beans cool, add chopped green onion and green onion, add peanut oil, salt, chicken essence, oil consumption and bean paste, and stir well. Finally, pour in the marinated ribs and stir them evenly to make steamed buns.

Step 6: Knead the dough into long strips, cut it into small pieces, roll it into small cakes, and add stuffing to make buns.

Step 7: Put the steamed stuffed bun into the pot, wake it up for ten minutes for the second time, then start steaming for about 50 minutes, turn off the fire for five minutes, open the lid and take the steamed stuffed bun out of the pot.

Chives, Eggs and Shrimp jiaozi

Ingredients: a handful of leek, 4 eggs, a handful of shrimp skin and a mushroom.

Cooking steps:

1. Make dough first, prepare proper amount of flour, add clear water, stir it quickly with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, knead it into dough, and put it aside for proofing.

2. Wash and tear the mushrooms into small flowers, blanch them with boiling water, remove them and cool them for later use, and soak the shrimps in water.

3. Put the oil in the pot, beat in the eggs and quickly break them, and let them cool for later use.

4. Cut the leek into small pieces and chop the mushrooms.

5. Add peanut oil, salt, chicken essence, oil consumption and a few drops of sesame oil to the prepared minced leeks, eggs, mushrooms and shrimps and mix well.

6. Start wrapping jiaozi, knead the dough into long strips, cut into small doses, and wrap it into jiaozi according to the local style.

7. Bring the water to a boil, put it in the wrapped jiaozi and stir gently, so as not to break the jiaozi. It's all vegetarian. Cook for three minutes.

8. The most critical step is to eat quickly. Wife wants to marry a fat one, and jiaozi wants to eat spicy food.

Noodles with soybean paste

Ingredients: pork belly, fresh noodles, onion ginger, radish, cucumber and soybean sprouts.

Cooking steps:

1. Prepare ingredients. Pork belly is cut into peanuts, radish is shredded, cucumber is shredded, and onion and ginger are minced for use.

2. blanch the soybean sprouts and remove them for later use.

3. Stir-fry sauce, take out hot oil, add pork belly and stir-fry, add Jiang Mo, add sweet noodle sauce, fragrant sauce, chicken essence, oil consumption and cooking wine, stir evenly, add appropriate amount of water, stir until oil and sauce are separated, add chopped green onion, stir and take out.

4. Boil the water in the pot and boil it with cold water.

5. Mix the noodles, scoop the noodles into a bowl, add shredded cucumber, radish, bean sprouts and soy sauce, stir well, and serve with garlic cloves.
