Zichuan District Hospital medical appointment + accompanying requirements:

1. Instructions for outpatient treatment

Our hospital fully implements the real-name system for medical treatment. All patients who come to the hospital for treatment must present their ID card or social security card, cooperate with medical staff to conduct temperature checks, scan QR codes to register, and conduct epidemiological history investigations before seeking treatment in an orderly manner. Please take personal protection when coming to the hospital and wear a mask correctly at all times.

Emergency and fever clinics are open 24 hours a day. If you have any of the following conditions, please proactively inform the staff and a dedicated person will guide you to the fever clinic. All fever outpatients will be kept under observation and nucleic acid tests will be conducted.

1. Body temperature ≥37.3℃, or other suspicious symptoms such as dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc.;

2. Have a history of traveling abroad or contacting other medium- and high-risk areas in the past two weeks;

3. Have recently been in contact with confirmed patients, suspected patients, or asymptomatic infections of COVID-19;

4. The health pass code displays red or yellow;

5. There are clusters of illnesses in your community or people around you.

It is advocated to make appointments at different times and seek medical treatment at staggered times. You can make appointments through WeChat, clinic appointments, telephone appointments and official website appointments to come to the hospital for treatment according to the appointment time slot, so that you can arrange your medical treatment plan in advance and minimize your stay in the hospital.

During the treatment, please keep a safe distance of at least one meter from others and wait in separate areas. The outpatient clinic strictly adheres to the principle of one doctor, one patient and one consulting room, minimizing the number of accompanying persons, and effectively avoiding secondary gatherings.

2. Instructions for hospitalized patients and accompanying persons:

Patients must undergo a nucleic acid test before hospitalization. Patients and accompanying persons can only be admitted to the hospital with negative results of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test.

Emergency and critical patients will undergo nucleic acid testing at the same time as the rescue, and will be admitted to the buffer ward before the nucleic acid results are issued. Patients can be transferred to other wards only after the negative result of the nucleic acid test report is issued. In principle, no escort will be arranged for patients in the buffer zone. In special circumstances, one person can be fixed to accompany them, and closed management will be implemented together with inpatients.

Continue to implement the no-visit regulations and encourage everyone to visit by phone and WeChat.

The inpatient ward implements 24-hour access control and does not require escorts unless necessary. If companionship is really needed, a fixed escort can be arranged. Please cooperate with the staff to complete health registration management and nucleic acid testing, and issue wristbands. Wristbands and nucleic acid test reports enter the inpatient department and must not be used for substitution. In principle, escorts will not be replaced. If they do need to be replaced, they must have a negative nucleic acid test result.

Patients are required to wear masks throughout the entire process, move within a fixed range, and do not gather or cross wards to prevent cross-infection.
