The quotation shall be prepared based on the price agreed upon by both parties.

2. Project Supervision

If this project requires project supervision, Party A will sign a separate "Project Supervision Contract" with a project supervision company approved by the construction administrative department, and the supervision will be carried out Notify Party B of the engineer's name, unit, contact information and the responsibilities of the project supervision engineer.

3. Construction drawings

Party A entrusts Party B to design and provide construction drawings in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.

IV. Party A’s work

1. Three days before the start of construction, conditions must be created for Party B to enter the construction, so as to not affect the construction.

2. Provide water and power sources free of charge during the construction period.

3. Responsible for handling the start-up procedures of the housing property department and related fees payable by the owner.

4. Comply with the rules and regulations of the property management department.

5. Responsible for coordinating the relationship between on-site construction and neighbors.

6. Participate in the supervision of project quality and construction progress, and participate in the acceptance of project materials and project acceptance.

7. Pay project fees within the agreed time limit and pay various taxes and fees that should be borne by them in accordance with regulations
