1. Log in to the invoicing software, click the System Settings/Basic Coding Settings/Customized Goods and Services Coding menu item, and the product coding window will pop up.

2. In the product code window, you can perform a series of editing operations such as adding, editing, deleting, and querying the product code data. Click the Add Product button, and in the pop-up Add Product window, enter the name, abbreviation code, code, tax code, specification model, unit, unit price and other information (choose to fill in according to the actual situation, otherwise leave it blank), and click the Submit Now button .

3. After adding the product, find the added product name and click the Assign Code button to add a tax code to the product. Enter the product keyword, click the search button, select the tax classification code that meets your needs below the list, click OK, and the coding is completed.

4. Click Invoice--Select VAT electronic invoice.

5. Fill in the invoicer information, product name, make sure to modify the payee and reviewer, and then upload and save the invoice.
