What can be removed from chassis armor?

Chassis armor is mainly used to protect the chassis of the car and prevent sand from being drawn in and scratching the lower chassis during driving. Its removal will not affect the driving of the car.

Car chassis armor is an adhesive rubber asphalt coating, which is non-toxic, has high covering rate and high adhesion. It can be sprayed on vehicle chassis, wheels, fuel tanks, car lower panels, and trunks. Wait for the exposed parts to dry quickly to form a strong elastic protective layer.

It can prevent the impact of flying stones and gravel, avoid the erosion of the vehicle chassis metal by moisture, acid rain, and salt, prevent the chassis from rusting and corrosion, and protect the driving safety of the car owner.

Precautions for chassis armor construction

1. Wrap the brake suspension with newspapers and wrap the entire exhaust pipe before spraying.

2. Operators should wear protective tools because the chassis armor paint has a pungent smell.

3. There is no need to add thinner when spraying chassis armor paint. Remember to shake the product evenly before spraying.

4. Use a special chassis armor spray gun. The muzzle should not be too small, otherwise it will not be able to spray. You need to find a shop that has a machine to provide spray gun pressure for construction.

5. After spraying once, let it dry for 10 minutes before spraying a second time. Generally, spray 3 to 4 times. Places such as the fuel tank fenders can be appropriately thickened.

6. After the spraying is completed, it needs to be parked in the garage to dry for 3 days. During this period, it should not be exposed to water, especially on rainy days, be careful and take protective measures.
