1. Obtained secondary school education in health major and worked as a doctor, internal medicine, nurse and technician for 7 years;
2. Obtain a college degree in health, and have been engaged in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing and technical work for 6 years;
3, obtain a bachelor's degree in health university, engaged in medicine, medicine, nursing, technology and other work for 4 years;
4. Obtain a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in health, and have worked in medicine, medicine, nursing and technology for 2 years;
5. Obtain postgraduate education and doctorate in health.
In any of the following circumstances, it is not allowed to apply for the qualification examination for health professional and technical positions:
1, the person responsible for medical accident is less than 3 years;
2. The person responsible for medical errors is under the age of 1;
3. Subject to administrative sanctions, within the disciplinary period;
4. Forging academic qualifications or violating discipline during the examination for less than 2 years;
5, other circumstances stipulated by the provincial health administrative department.
According to the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Urban Community Health Talents (No.69 [2006] of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), doctors and nurses working in community health service institutions can take the national examination of general practitioners and community nursing with intermediate qualification in health technology one year in advance.
Where the professional code in the professional directory of the health professional and technical qualification examination is 026 to 089, they should have the corresponding professional medical practitioner qualification and submit the corresponding professional medical practitioner qualification certificate at the time of registration. Due to job changes, people who need to apply for the professional category of their current posts must have been engaged in professional work for 2 years.
Those who take the primary (bachelor's) qualification examination for nursing major must have a secondary school or college degree in nursing major (including midwifery), and those who pass the examination can obtain the qualification for nursing post access; Nursing professionals with bachelor's degree or above can obtain the qualification of nursing post without examination.
(1) Obtaining the graduation certificate of nursing specialty of secondary health nursing school that has passed the evaluation of nursing specialty of provincial education administrative department and health administrative department;
(2) Obtaining the graduation certificate of nursing specialty approved by the education administrative department of the State Council;
(3) The graduation certificate and nurse's practice license of overseas secondary or higher medical colleges recognized by the administrative department of education in the State Council, among which foreigners should obtain the HSK certificate of Chinese proficiency test stipulated by People's Republic of China (PRC), and have been on probation in medical institutions designated by the administrative department of health for more than 3 months.

Personnel who sign up for the health professional and technical qualification examination shall abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good medical ethics and professionalism, and meet the following corresponding conditions:
Those who have not obtained the qualification for practicing as nurses, who meet one of the following conditions according to the Regulations on Nurses and have completed nursing clinical practice for more than 8 months in teaching and general hospitals (including those who graduated in 2009), can sign up for the professional and technical qualification examination for junior nurses:
1. Obtain the professional degree of nursing and midwifery in ordinary full-time secondary vocational schools recognized by the education and health authorities at or above the provincial level;
2. General full-time college degree in nursing and midwifery recognized by the education and health authorities at or above the provincial level;
3. Bachelor degree or above in nursing and midwifery in full-time colleges and universities recognized by the education authorities in the State Council. Candidates' registration qualifications shall be audited by the provincial health administrative department, and those who pass the examination shall be issued by the talent exchange service center of the Ministry of Health as a valid certificate for applying for nurse practice registration.
With a bachelor's degree or above in nursing and midwifery, who has obtained a certificate of passing the examination results and reached the qualification period for professional and technical posts of nurses as stipulated in the Regulations on the Trial Implementation of Health Technicians, they can directly appoint professional and technical posts of nurses.
