Precautions after nasal bone correction
1. Cleaning of the wound: After nasal bone correction, the wound needs to be coated with antibacterial drugs, and a small amount of oozing blood can be gently wiped off with a sterile cotton swab. Never touch the wound with unclean things to avoid infection. If blood scab accumulates in the wound, wash it off with 3% hydrogen peroxide within 24 ~ 48 hours after operation, then wash it again with normal saline, apply a small amount of ointment or sprinkle anti-inflammatory powder to dry the wound and wait for it to heal automatically;
2. Prevention of wound bleeding: After nasal bone correction, you should lie in a semi-lying position at rest to facilitate blood circulation; Don't bow your head on the first day to prevent the wound from bleeding;
3. Shaping: If it is found that the bridge of the nose is not centered in 3-4 days after nasal bone correction, it can be moved to the center and re-fixed. However, the external nose should be prevented from being touched and pressed, which will cause the nasal bone to collapse again. Attention should also be paid to shaping and fixing, catching a cold and preventing infection.
