Before the jack-up erection facilities such as construction hoisting machinery, integral lifting scaffolding and formwork are used, the construction unit shall organize relevant units to carry out inspection and acceptance, or entrust inspection and testing institutions with corresponding qualifications to carry out inspection and acceptance; The use of leased machinery and equipment, construction machines and accessories shall be accepted by the general contractor, subcontractors, leasing units and installation units. Only those who have passed the acceptance can use it.

Construction hoisting machinery specified in the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment shall be supervised and inspected by qualified inspection and testing institutions before acceptance.

The construction unit shall, within 30 days from the date of acceptance of jack-up erection facilities such as construction hoisting machinery, integral lifting scaffolding and formwork, register with the construction administrative department or other relevant departments. The registration mark should be placed or attached to the equipment in a prominent position.

In violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, the staff of the construction administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level or other relevant administrative departments shall be given administrative sanctions of demotion or dismissal if they commit any of the following acts; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law:

(1) Issuing qualification certificates to construction units that do not have the conditions for safe production;

(two) the issuance of construction permits for construction projects without safety construction measures;

(three) found illegal acts will not be investigated;

(four) other acts that do not perform supervision and management duties according to law.
