Neck flap is suitable for cases with small wound and normal skin on the neck side after excision of anterior cervical scar. Design method: the pedicle of the flap should be behind the ear, including the posterior auricular artery, and extend forward and downward along the plane of deep fascia and the anterior edge of trapezius muscle. The aspect ratio can reach 2.5:1. If it is necessary to go beyond the midline or extend below the sternal notch, it should be done first.
