In 2008, he was hired as a visiting professor of China Medical Management Society, and served as a member of the Plastic and Aesthetic Physician Branch of China Medical Association. Member of the "Minimally Invasive Anti-aging Technical Committee" of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, has worked in many scientific research institutions such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, and has visited the United States, Japan, and Singapore for academic exchanges many times, and was invited to attend the worldwide academic exchange meeting on hair transplantation. Relevant scientific research achievements and academic papers have aroused strong repercussions among colleagues at home and abroad. He has published more than 50 papers in professional academic journals at home and abroad, and has been widely cited so far, enjoying high prestige in the medical field. I have been to peking university health science center, Hubei Burn Plastic Surgery Center and Wuda People's Hospital for exchange and study, and have a solid foundation in hair transplant cosmetic surgery. In recent years, Professor Hao Cheng has been engaged in the research of seamless hair transplantation and achieved great success. In 2008 and 2009, he went to the hair transplant center of Korea Beauty Dermatology Hospital twice for technical exchange of hair transplant, and gave a demonstration of "FD four-dimensional hair transplant" operation at the invitation of Korea Hair Association.
