What is the precision blanking of gear ring pressure plate? What is the principle of fine blanking?
The precision blanking of tooth plate is called fine blanking, and the conditions of fine blanking are very different from those of ordinary blanking. Strictly speaking, the deformation force produced by fine blanking is very different. First, the toothed ring can exert great pressure on the blank around blanking (although it can have the function of ordinary blanking to snap the stripper, it is not called a snap stripper, but a toothed plate). Secondly, an ejector pin is arranged in the female die to exert greater pressure on the blank below the male die, and the cutting edge of the female die is made into a small fillet. Generally, the radius of fillet rc is less than 0.2 mm, and its function is to expand the distribution area of compressive stress and resist the occurrence of cracks. When blanking under the above conditions, the material around the blanking contour will be in a strong three-dimensional pressure state, which greatly improves the plasticity of the material and makes the fine blanking gap very small. Generally, the gap between two sides is less than 1% of the plate thickness, which makes the material almost in pure shear state and the cross section quality of fine blanking parts is high.
