Haicheng Orthopedic Hospital of Liaoning Province is a non-profit specialized hospital which mainly treats various bone injury diseases. It is the teaching hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it is the construction unit of "National Key Special Disease of Fracture of Elderly Chinese Medicine" in state administration of traditional chinese medicine. It is the Traffic Trauma Emergency Center in Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, which undertakes the "120" emergency task of the whole city.
