2. Shimokawa Island

3. Liyuan
brief introduction
The Liyuan was built by Mr. Xie Weili, an overseas Chinese living in the United States, in 25 years of the Republic of China (1936). The architectural style of the park is a combination of China gardens and western sentiment. The biggest feature is that a number of large and well-connected canals have been specially dug, connecting villa areas, large garden areas and small gardens in series, and long cloisters, bridges and pavilions are dotted on the canals. 5. Gigi Lai Village Diaolou Group
brief introduction
Gigi Lai Village is the most concentrated tower group in Kaiping. The village was built in the 17th year of Qing Daoguang (A.D. 1837), and consists of three natural villages: Anheli (commonly known as Plough Mouth), Heanli (commonly known as New Village) and Yong 'anli (commonly known as Huangniling). Most of the village towers were built in the 20th century by local overseas Chinese to protect the lives and property of their relatives in their hometown. They have different styles and exquisite shapes. Gigi Lai Village has a beautiful environment, with ponds, lotus ponds, paddy fields and meadows scattered at random, which is in harmony with many foreign castle-style towers and houses. Gigi Lai Village has six rooms on the 9th floor (watchtower), but at present, only Shiming Building and Fantasy Cloud Building are open for people to visit. 6. Chikan Ancient Town

Chikan ancient town has a history of 350 years. It used to be one of the most prosperous central market towns in western Guangdong, with the reputation of a famous town in Lingnan, a century-old commercial port and a hometown of overseas Chinese. 7. Jinjiang Lidiaolou Group
brief introduction
There are three most striking towers in Jinjiang Tower Group, namely Shengfeng Tower, Jinjiang Tower and Ruishi Tower, which are known as "the first building in Kaiping". Ruishi Building, built about 1923, has 9 floors and a height of 25 meters. It is the highest existing watchtower in Kaiping and a typical watchtower that can be lived and guarded. 8. Chikan Studio

9. Bird of Paradise
