In the left pane, expand the Groups node and select the group you want to update.
In the right pane, right-click the SQL IP address 1 (failover cluster instance name) and select Properties.
Click the parameters tab, and then update the IP address of SQL IP address 1(SQL Server name) in the address field.
Click Apply to make changes. The following warning dialog box may be displayed:

In the right pane, right-click the SQL IP address 1 (failover cluster instance name) and select Offline.

Please note that it may take 30 minutes or more to propagate IP changes throughout the enterprise network. You should try to bring the SQL IP address 1 (failover cluster instance name) and the SQL network name (failover cluster instance name) online, then try to ping the failover cluster instance name and wait for DNS to resolve it to a new IP address.
In the right pane, right-click SQL Server and select Online.
. You will see that the status of SQL IP address 1 (failover cluster instance name), SQL network name (failover cluster instance name) and SQL Server changes from offline to online pending, and then online.
Close Cluster Administrator.
