The internal and external surfaces of the pipe shall be smooth, flat and clean, and shall be free from depressions, bubbles, obvious scratches and other surface defects that affect the performance, and shall not contain obvious impurities. The end face of the pipeline should be cut flat and perpendicular to the axis. PE-X and PE-RT have different properties, but neither should be cracked or leaked.
