By September 25th, 2022, Baoding had held 12 negotiation activities with nine central enterprises, including China Power Construction China Resources Group, Tianjin CRRC Sifang and China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd., and signed a cooperation agreement on1October 20th, 2022.
Central enterprises are entrusted by the central people's government or the state-owned assets supervision and administration institution to exercise the responsibilities of investors. The leading group consists of wholly state-owned or state-controlled enterprises directly managed by the central government or entrusted by the Central Organization Department, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission or other central ministries.
