Ling Zhipei, born in September, 1962, has been studying in France since February 2008 1996 ~ 1997. He is a visiting scholar at the Neurosurgery Center of HenriMondor Hospital of University of Paris XII, engaged in deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease. From June 5, 2000 to April 2005, he was the deputy director, chief physician and associate professor of neurosurgery and directional neurosurgery in Anhui Provincial Hospital. The chief physician is responsible for stereotactic and functional neurosurgery.
