1. Bake peanuts in the oven, then cool and peel them. Stir-fry white sesame seeds in a wok with low fire, and mix the processed peanuts and sesame seeds for later use.
2. Take a small pot and pour in 10g corn oil.
3. Put 75g sugar in the pot, and slowly heat it on low fire to let the sugar melt.
4. But when the melted sugar turns brown, add maltose and simmer the syrup slowly.
5. Cook the syrup to about 140- 142 degrees.
6. Turn off the fire and pour in the peanuts and sesame seeds and mix well.
7. Pour into the baking tray and flatten it with a rolling pin.
8. Cut it into small pieces as soon as possible while it is hot and eat it after cooling.
