Installation method of thin-walled stainless steel pipeline for building water supply
Building water supply is a very important process in building engineering, and its construction quality is closely related to the future water supply function of the building. Because of its excellent performance, stainless steel is widely used in building water supply engineering, which is what we often call thin-walled stainless steel pipes for building water supply. Many people know little about the construction of thin-walled stainless steel pipes for building water supply. This paper will introduce the construction technology of thin-walled stainless steel pipe for building water supply for your reference when necessary.

1, thin-walled stainless steel pipe assembly

(1) Special cutting tools should be used when cutting pipes.

(1) The pipeline shall be cut by mechanical or plasma method; When cutting or grinding with grinding wheel, special grinding wheel should be used. ?

(2) When the end face of the pipe is not round and the pipe fitting cannot be inserted, a special shaper should be used to shape the pipe section until it can be inserted into the bottom end of the pipe fitting socket.

(2) The pipe cutting quality shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The end face of the notch shall be smooth without cracks, burrs, bumps, necking and residues.

(2) The deviation of the inclination of the cut end face (perpendicular to the central axis of the pipe) should not be greater than 5% of the outer diameter of the pipe, and should not exceed 3 mm. The concave-convex error should not exceed 65438+/-0 mm..

(3) Selection of ring pressure pliers. For the annular pressure connection of stainless steel pipeline, the annular pressure pliers of corresponding specifications and models should be selected according to the nominal diameter of the pipeline.

(4) The external dimensions of the ring pressure connection shall be consistent.

(5) Ring pressure connection operation. ?

(1) Select the ring pressure pliers corresponding to the pipe fitting specifications; Install the pressure ring die on the chuck (the color surfaces of the upper and lower pressure ring dies must be the same) and conduct the pressure ring connection operation. Before operation, the molds in the upper and lower ring pliers should be kept clean.

(2) Remove the protective film of the pipe, insert the pipe into the socket of the pipe fitting to the bottom, draw a line on the outer wall of the pipe fitting along the end of the pipe fitting with a marker pen, and then pull out the pipe.

③ Place the sealing ring on the pipeline; Insert the pipe socket into the bottom end so that the pipe depth mark is aligned with the pipe edge, and then push the sealing ring into the sealing cavity between the pipes.

(4) The pressure ring connection part of the pipe fitting faces the colored surface according to the pipe end, and the sealing part of the pipe fitting is placed between the upper pressure ring die and the lower pressure ring die; Before the ring pressing operation, pipes and fittings must be perpendicular to the colored surface of the ring pressing die. When pressing the ring, operate the oil pump ring clamp. Until the upper and lower pressure ring dies are completely closed, the pressure is stabilized for 3 seconds, and the pressure ring operation is completed.

⑤ For the annular pressure connection between pipes and pipe fittings with a nominal diameter of 65~ 100mm, in addition to the above operations, a secondary annular pressure connection should be carried out. In the process of secondary annular pressurization, the annular pressure tongs shall translate a length of sealing belt in the direction of the pipeline, and perform annular pressurization again according to Paragraph 4 of this article.

(6) After the annular pressure welding operation is completed, the quality of the annular pressure welding part shall meet the requirements of technical parameters in Table 5.2.4, and the following inspections shall be conducted:

(1) The 360o indentation at the end sealing and pressure welding part shall be uneven;

(2) The end face of the pipeline should be closely combined with the pipeline without gap; ?

(3) The part where the sealing ring is squeezed at the joint between the end face of the pipe fitting and the pipe fitting can be naturally broken or simply removed;

(4) When the ring pressure connection quality can't meet the requirements, replace the ring pressure clamping die assembly in a complete set or send it to the die for repair.

(7) Thin-walled stainless steel piping system is connected with other pipes and fittings. ?

(1) The pipeline system with a nominal diameter of 1.5 ~ 50 mm shall be connected with other pipelines by the threaded connection or flange connection of the special adapter for annular pressure connection of thin-walled stainless steel pipes. ?

(2) The pipeline system with a nominal diameter of 65~ 100mm shall be connected with other pipelines by flanges.

(8) The spacing of thin-walled stainless steel pipe supports shall generally be set according to the design requirements.

2, pipeline installation and inspection

(1) Thin-walled stainless steel pipes shall be separated from supporting parts by non-corrosive nonmetallic washers.

(2) gas pipeline bracket should not be located in the pipe fittings and joints; There should be no less than one fixed bracket (clamp) at the corner of horizontal pipeline1.0m.. Tees and valves shall be fixed with pipe clamps.

(3) When more than three pipes (including three pipes) are arranged side by side on the same plane, the rack-type pipe clamp fixing method should be adopted, and the fixing bolts should be staggered with the adjacent rows.

(4) When the pipes are arranged side by side, the joints of the pipes should be staggered.

(5) The pipeline installation shall be based on the influence of pipeline length and ambient temperature, and the compensation device shall be installed according to the design requirements.

(6) When the pipeline passes through the foundation, wall and floor of a building, the pipe diameter of the steel casing or nonmetal casing shall conform to the provisions in Article 2.2. 10~2.2. 12 of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Town Gas Indoor Engineering.

Through the above introduction, we have a general understanding of the construction technology of thin-walled stainless steel pipes for building water supply, from which we can see that in the construction process of thin-walled stainless steel pipes for building water supply, the first thing to pay attention to is the size of stainless steel pipes, and the size of each pipe must be consistent, otherwise it will not work. In addition, attention should be paid to the pattern of buildings when installing pipelines, and forced installation is not allowed. The later maintenance of thin-walled stainless steel pipes for building water supply is also very important. Only in this way can it run for a longer time.
