The southern Fujian turkey has a thin and straight neck, a long body, a deep and wide chest, and long and thick legs. The head and upper neck are almost hairless or slightly hairy, and the skin is light red or yellowish. It was introduced from foreign countries in the 19th century and is mainly produced in Longhai City, Yunxiao County, Zhangpu County, Quanzhou County, Nan'an County, Jinjiang and other counties and cities.
