How are aluminum alloy profiles made?
The aluminum alloy profile here refers to the extruded aluminum profile.

The specific production process starts from the extrusion die and then goes to the extruder. After heating, the aluminum rod is extruded by an extrusion die to form a section of aluminum profile.

Aluminum profiles are generally post-processed. After aging, some CNC lathe processing, drilling, slotting and tapping are needed.

There are some surface treatments in the later stage, such as anodizing, electrophoresis, baking paint and so on.
